本设计采用AT89C51作为系统的控制核心,配合AD590来实现水温的监控和自动调整。本文详细讨论了系统的构成和部分需要注意的硬件电路设计问题,并给出了程序的流程图。本系统对控制对象为1升净水,容器为搪瓷器皿,测得显示的温度与温度计相比,温差在0.5度左右,在温度过限的时候,继电器能正常工作。
The design uses AT89C51 as the system control core, with the AD590 to achieve the water temperature monitoring and automatic adjustment. This article discusses in detail the composition of the system and some of the hardware circuit design issues that need attention, and gives the flow chart of the program. The system for the control object is 1 liters of water, the container is an enamelware, the measured temperature is compared with the thermometer, the temperature difference of about 0.5 degrees, when the temperature is too limited, the relay can work normally.
