10月12日获悉,大唐电信科技股份有限公司微电子公司具有全部自主知识产权的移动通信CDMA手机UIM卡专用芯片DTT4C18A已于近日研制成功。 UIM(User Identity Module)又名用户识别模块,是由中国联通公司倡导并得到国际CDMA组织(CDG)支持的移动通信终端用户识别及加密技术。它支持专用的鉴权加密算法和OTA技术(Over The Air),可以通过无线空中接口方式对卡上的数据进行更新和管理。UIM卡的功能类似于全球通(GSM)手机中使用的SIM卡,可进行用户的身份识别及通讯加密,还可存储电话号码、短消息等用户个人信息。同时UIM卡采用了SIM卡一卡一号的便利使用方式,插入任何一部配有UIM卡接口的CDMA手机中即可使用,从而避免了目前CDMA手机号码由运营商直接写入,一机一号无法随意更换手机的弊端,完全符合当前国内外移动通信用户的使用习惯和移动通信终端的发展趋势。
