Community College of Lingnan University in Hong Kong is one of a series of works by architects who experienced the spatial relations of traditional Chinese courtyards in modern high-density multi-storey buildings after Guanglong Elementary School. The design also pulled the main building of the building up and off the ground. The original terrain sloping grassland and native tree species were preserved. The main buildings and dormitory areas of the original campus were connected in series through the courtyard with different heights, The new center of activity and movement in campus. The design is based on the block with two long strips of single corridor as the basic module, which shapes the multi-level and multi-sequence serialization experience of three degrees in a staggered manner, and at the same time preserves the first to second floors of the traditional courtyard scale.
