本文根据阿基米德螺旋面不能正确铲磨的原理,提出齿轮滚刀铲磨时会产生附加造形误差的概念。 文中把附加造形误差分成由△螺和△形两个部分组成,并给出了它们的计算方法。应用这种方法和概念,分析了生产中使用的直槽正前角齿轮滚刀实际造形误差很大的原因,并提出了改进意见。 本文提出的理论对设计一般精密齿轮滚刀的齿形也有参考价值。
In this paper, based on the principle that Archimedes’ helical surface can not be properly scooped, the concept of additional forming error when gear hobbing is shredded is proposed. In this paper, the additional forming error is divided into two parts: △ spiral and △ -shape, and their calculation methods are given. By using this method and concept, the reason of the actual forming error of straight fluted straight front gear hob used in the production was analyzed and some suggestions for improvement were put forward. The theory proposed in this paper is also of reference value for the design of the tooth profile of a general precision gear hob.
