目的:优选新疆一枝蒿挥发油的提取工艺条件。方法:以挥发油收率为指标,采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,选取药材粉碎粒径、NaCl质量分数、料液比、浸提时间为影响因素,单因素试验及响应面分析试验进行提取工艺优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为粉碎粒径40目,NaCl质量分数9.9%,加14.5倍量水浸提6.6 h。在此工艺条件下,新疆一枝蒿挥发油得率0.468%,结论:实测值与模型预测值相符,表明优选的工艺条件可用于新疆一枝蒿的提取。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Volatile Oil from Artemisia selengensis. Methods: Volatile oil yield was taken as the index. Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. Particle size, NaCl mass fraction, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time were selected as influential factors. Single factor experiment and response surface analysis were used to optimize the extraction process . Results: The optimal extraction conditions were crushed particle size of 40 mesh, NaCl content of 9.9%, plus 14.5 times the amount of water extraction of 6.6 h. Under this condition, the yield of Volatile Oil from Artemisia scolymus was 0.468%. Conclusion: The measured values are consistent with the predicted values of the model, indicating that the optimal process conditions can be used for the extraction of Artemisia sphaerocephala.
