一业主的信任是项目完成的关键聂华波:这个项目用地环境非常好,东靠马鞍山森林公园,北临喻家湖,视野开阔,是武汉典型山水环境的集中体现。设计之初面临两个难题:一个是交通问题,做总体规划的时候,小学、幼儿园、中学是一起规划的,考虑到中学生自主能力、安全意识比小学生、幼儿好一些,所以选择中学用地时,其交通条件是相对处于劣势的,主校门正对西侧的城市新干道,车流大且车速快。另外一个难题是用地范围内的地形起伏较大,西高东低,高差达6 m左右。如何通过适当的布局将这两个难题转化为有利条件,成为设计之初的切入点。在布局上,以沿东西方向的轴线
