目的调查广西壮族自治区桂林市蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑螂4类病媒生物的种类、数量、分布及季节消长,为防治工作提供参考。方法依据2009年国家病媒生物密度监测方法,成蚊密度调查采用灯诱法,蝇类密度调查采用笼诱法,鼠密度调查采用夹夜法,蟑螂密度调查采用粘捕法。结果蚊类有4种,平均密度为1.76只/(灯·h),淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕获总数的83.2%;蝇类有5种,平均密度为5.6只/笼,家蝇为优势种,占捕获总数的37.0%;平均鼠密度为0.1%,捕获的鼠类均为褐家鼠;蟑螂有2种,平均蟑密度为0.9只/张,仅有1只为黑胸大蠊,其余均为德国小蠊。结论广西桂林市蚊虫控制的重点在牲畜棚和农户家,主要以淡色库蚊为主。蝇类的控制重点为农贸市场和餐饮场所的家蝇,鼠类为餐饮业的褐家鼠,蟑螂为农贸市场和餐饮场所的德国小蠊。
Objective To investigate the species, quantity, distribution and seasonal fluctuation of four kinds of vectors of mosquitoes, flies, rats and cockroaches in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and to provide reference for prevention and control work. Methods According to the 2009 national vector density monitoring method, mosquito density survey using light induced method, flies density survey using cage lure method, mouse density survey using the method of night capture, cockroach density survey using sticky capture method. Results Four species of mosquitoes were found, with an average density of 1.76 / (lamp · h). Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species, accounting for 83.2% of the total number of catches. Five species of flies were found, with an average density of 5.6 / cage. Dominant species, accounting for 37.0% of the total captured; the average rat density was 0.1%, captured Rattus norvegicus; two species of cockroaches, the average cockroach density of 0.9 / sheet, only one is black cockroach , The rest are German cockroaches. Conclusion The mosquito control in Guilin, Guangxi mainly focuses on livestock sheds and peasant households, mainly Culex pipiens pallens. Flies are dominated by houseflies in markets and food and beverage outlets, Rattus norvegicus in rodents and cockroaches, and cockroaches in the markets and food establishments.
