课堂氛围是老师在教学过程中,师生在互动中,双方心理和情感上发生的变化。良好的课堂氛围是老师顺利进行知识点传递、提高教学质量;学生吸收养分,掌握要点的先决条件。良好的课堂氛围不仅能激发学生学习的兴趣,知识的“输入”效率,而且可以反过来促进老师的教学热情,提高知识的“输出”质量。结果产生了调动学生积极性,促进老师热情度的双赢局面。在高校,舞蹈作为一门重要学科,随着舞蹈事业的不断发展与进步,舞蹈教师在教学过程中更应讲究科学性以及适度性,把握理论与实践相结合的办法,因材施教,对学生进行有耐心、有爱心、有热心的引导,同时树立、提升自我人格魅力,丰富教学经验,使学生在课堂上既能高度集中精力又能轻松愉快地学习。
