将不同牌号的等温淬火球铁(Austempered Ductile Iron,ADI)材料和40Cr钢分别与GCr15钢匹配,利用MMW-5摩擦磨损实验机进行滑动摩擦磨损性能的研究。结果表明:ADI材料与GCr15材料匹配时的摩擦系数明显小于40Cr钢与GCr15钢匹配时的摩擦系数;当等温淬火温度在280~340℃时,等温淬火温度越高,其硬度越低,ADI初始硬度小的易磨损,但在磨损过程中硬度的增加量上升很快。
Different grades of Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) and 40Cr steel were respectively matched with GCr15 steel, and the sliding friction and wear properties of the alloy were studied by MMW-5 friction and wear testing machine. The results show that the friction coefficient of ADI material when matched with GCr15 material is obviously lower than that of 40Cr steel and GCr15 steel. When the temperature of isothermal quenching is between 280 and 340 ℃, the higher the austempering temperature, the lower the hardness, Hardness is small and easy to wear, but the increase in hardness increases rapidly during wear.
