This paper discusses how to use Fractional Fourier Transform to generate Fractional Talbot Effect, derives the optical conditions, transformation period, transformation scale factor and cascade algorithm to produce this double transformation, and verifies it by experiments. This dual transformation helps optical system design, analysis and calculation. Finally, the application example is given
