依托国内超大直径隧道工程盾构需求的背景,对超大直径泥水盾构液压推进系统的工作原理进行详细分析,设计出满足工况要求的液压推进系统和电控系统。介绍超大直径泥水盾构液压推进系统中关键液压元器件参数的计算和选型过程,以及液压控制回路、电气控制系统组态的设计方法和思路。
Relying on the background of the demand for large diameter tunneling shield in China, the working principle of hydraulic propulsion system for large diameter muddy water shield is analyzed in detail and the hydraulic propulsion system and electronic control system are designed to meet the requirements of working conditions. This paper introduces the calculation and selection process of key hydraulic components parameters in hydraulic propulsion system of super-large diameter slurry shield, as well as the design method and train of thought for the configuration of hydraulic control circuit and electrical control system.
