采用超声Stber法制备了单分散性的纳米载体SiO2,再采用Pechini溶胶-凝胶制备法制备出SiO2/TiO2复合微球。通过X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)对粉体的晶型和显微形貌进行测试分析。结果表明:纳米载体SiO2球形颗粒为无定形态,TiO2粉体为形貌多样的块状颗粒,大颗粒粒径大于10μm;Ti/Si(摩尔比)的变化明显影响合成复合粉体的形貌和粒径,当Ti/Si=1:3时可获得球形复合微球,且不存在块状颗粒。
SiO 2 / TiO 2 composite microspheres were prepared by sol-gel method using Pechini sol-gel method. The crystal structure and microstructure of the powder were tested by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The results show that the nano-spherical SiO2 particles are in an amorphous state and the TiO2 powder is a massive block with a large particle size of more than 10 μm. The change of Ti / Si (molar ratio) significantly affects the morphology of the composite powder And particle size, when Ti / Si = 1: 3 spherical composite microspheres can be obtained, and there is no massive particles.
