目的　比较中西医结合与单纯西药治疗色素膜炎的疗效。方法　对 42位患者 (4 5只眼 )用雷公藤片、黄连羊肝汤加减配合西药治疗 ,对 40位患者 (4 6只眼 )单纯用西药治疗。结果　治疗组总有效率为 97% ,视力 4 6～ 5 2 (4 95± 0 2 5 )。对照组总有效率 77 5 % ,视力 4 6～ 5 2 (4 85± 0 13 ) ,两组比较 ,P <0 0 5明显差异。结论　中西医结合治疗色素膜炎有疗效好、复发率低、刺激症状消退快、视力恢复显著等特点 Objective To compare the curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and western medicine in the treatment of pigmentary inflammation.
