以1龄草鱼为试验对象,对防治草鱼出血病有效的碘和PVP—碘,用Na~(125)I作示踪剂,研究了口灌给药后的体内浓度和PVP—碘浸浴后的体内浓度。口灌碘24μg/g后,可在1h时血药浓度达到(1.22±0.016)μg/ml的峰值。其有效浓度维持3h。实际口服量为23.41mg/kg。日给药多次为宜。口灌PVP—碘96μg/g后,血药峰值为(1.81±0.01)μg/ml,低于其MEC(11.9μg/ml)。用PVP—碘浸洗后,从0~4h的浓度以内脏>皮肤>鳃>肌肉。除肌肉以0h的药浓度最低,2h达到峰值之外,其他组织器官的在0h达峰值。PVP—碘作浸洗消毒剂比口服有效。
