多数疤疹样皮炎(DH)都有潜在的谷胶敏感性肠病,当用无谷胶饮食(GFD)时皮损好转,用谷胶饮食时皮损又复出现。在已报道的针对麦胶蛋白、网硬蛋白和肌内膜抗原的循环抗体中,麦胶蛋白抗体因出现率低而限制了其诊断价值。本研究目的在于比较 DH 和其它大疱性疾病中网硬蛋白抗体和肌内膜抗体的特异性以及它们之间是否存在联系。血标本来源如下:30名正常人,45例 DH,31例类天疱疮,30例天疱疮。用同接免疫荧光法检测网硬蛋白抗体和肌内膜抗体,均以未经固定的4μm 厚的
Most dermatitis herpes dermatitis (DH) has potential gluten-sensitive enteropathy, which is improved when gluten-free diet (GFD) is applied and skin lesions reappear with gluten diet. Among the reported circulating antibodies against gliadin, reticulum protein and endomysial antigens, gliadin antibodies have limited their diagnostic value due to their low prevalence. The purpose of this study was to compare the specificity of reticulointers and endomithelial antibodies in DH and other bullous diseases and whether there is a relationship between them. Blood samples from the following sources: 30 normal people, 45 cases of DH, 31 cases of pemphigoid, 30 cases of pemphigus.
