研究和发展新的显色剂是提高光度分析法灵敏度的一个重要方面。近年来,由于大杂环卟啉化合物对于某些金属离子的测定具有灵敏度高,稳定性好的特点,引起了人们的重视。国内外分析工作者对以水溶性卟啉化合物作显色剂测定Cu(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)等做了大量的研究。然而对非水溶性卟啉化合物则研究得较少,除了对Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)外,其它均未见报导。为了进一步研究此类化合物的分析性能及其在分光光度分析中的应用,我们合成了一种具有新型结构的卟啉化合物——α,β,γ,δ-四(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)卟啉[简称T(3-M-4-HP)P],并研究了其在表面活性剂存在下与Pb(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,此方法的灵敏度高(ε_(474)=2.5×10~5),且操作简便等。
Research and development of new color developers is an important aspect of improving the sensitivity of photometric analysis. In recent years, due to the large heterocyclic porphyrin compounds for the determination of certain metal ions with high sensitivity, good stability characteristics, attracted people’s attention. Domestic and foreign analysts have done a lot of research on the determination of Cu (Ⅱ), Pd (Ⅱ), Cd (Ⅱ), Pb (Ⅱ) and the like with water-soluble porphyrin compounds as chromogenic reagent. However, few studies on the water-insoluble porphyrin compounds have been reported, except for Cu (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) and Pd (Ⅱ). In order to further investigate the analytical properties of these compounds and their applications in spectrophotometric analysis, we have synthesized a new type of porphyrin compounds - α, β, γ, δ-tetrakis (3-methoxy- - hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin [T (3-M-4-HP) P] was synthesized and its color reaction with Pb (Ⅱ) was studied in the presence of surfactant. The results show that this method has high sensitivity (ε 474 = 2.5 × 10 5) and is easy to operate.
