目前电脉冲加工主要是解决锻模的型腔加工问题,很少用于切割;特别是大面积切割,更很少有人(口尝)试。最近济南汽车制造总厂曾用D5570型电脉冲机床,对730×420×300(长×宽×高)毫米的模块进行切割,其效果较好。体现如下几点: 1、用这种方法切割时,切缝较小,一般在2~5毫米范围之内.这样就可以使730×420×300毫米的大模块切成350×400×275毫米两个小模块.而如果用气焊切割,其切缝较大,而且不适于切割。 2.用电脉冲切割时,切割面的热影响极小,对金属内部几乎无影响,基本上可保证材料的性能不变。
