对甲醇气相法合成二甲醚、煤气化制甲醇气相法合成二甲醚以及煤炭-风电联产甲醇制二甲醚的三种典型二甲醚生产系统进行了流程设计、模拟和能耗/CO2排放/经济成本的3E(Energy,Economic,Enviorenment)评价,并对影响二甲醚经济成本的敏感性因素(例如煤价、甲醇价格和风电设备利用小时数等)进行了敏感性分析.
The design, simulation and energy consumption of three typical dimethyl ether production systems for the synthesis of dimethyl ether from methanol by gas phase synthesis of dimethyl ether, the gas phase synthesis of dimethyl ether from coal gasification and the coal-wind power combined production of dimethyl ether from methanol were carried out. Emissions / economic costs 3E (Energy, Economic, Enviorenment) evaluation, and affect the economic costs of DME sensitivity factors (such as coal prices, methanol prices and wind power equipment utilization hours, etc.) conducted a sensitivity analysis.
