目的:研究当归根际微生物的种群结构及其生态分布。方法:采用微生物分离、培养与鉴定等生物学方法以及物种多样性的统计分析方法。结果:在当归生长过程中,甘肃岷县、云南鹤庆和四川宝兴等地区当归根际微生物数量均呈现增加的趋势,10月份以后各类微生物数量又呈现下降的趋势。岷当归根际细菌与真菌的数量比值普遍高于云当归和川当归。此外,在当归的不同产区,根际微生物种群多样性及其变化不同,岷当归根际微生物的优势种群数目较多,根际细菌、放线菌、真菌种群更具多样性。结论:岷当归根际微生态系统及其微生物种群结构较为稳定,有利于当归的生长繁殖。
Objective: To study the population structure and its ecological distribution of rhizosphere microbes in Angelica sinensis. Methods: Using biological methods of microbial isolation, culture and identification, and statistical analysis of species diversity. Results: During the process of Angelica sinensis growth, the number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of Angelica sinensis in Minxian County of Heilongjiang Province, Heqing of Yunnan Province and Baoxing of Sichuan Province all showed an increasing trend. After October, the number of all kinds of microorganisms also showed a downward trend. The ratio of the number of bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere of Angelica acutiloba is generally higher than that of Angelica sinensis and Angelica sinensis. In addition, in different areas of Angelica Angelica, rhizosphere microbial diversity and its diversity, the dominant population of rhizosphere microbes are more, rhizobacteria, actinomycetes, fungi more diverse populations. Conclusion: The structure of rhizosphere microflora and its microbial community in Min-Angelicae Sinensis is relatively stable, which is beneficial to the growth and reproduction of Angelica sinensis.
