本文报告280例恶性肿瘤病人血清皮质醇测定结果,在250例有临床病灶患者中142例阳性(56.80％),其中胃癌和乳腺癌病人阳性率较高,分别为93.33％和88.46％,其它各组的阳性率为40.54～59.57％,在30例术后无临床病灶患者中17例阳性(56.67％)。 This article reports the results of serum cortisol measurements in 280 patients with malignant tumors. Among the 250 patients with clinical lesions, 142 were positive (56.80%), of which the positive rates for gastric cancer and breast cancer were higher, which were 93.33% and 88.46%, respectively. The positive rate was 40.54-59.57% in the group, and 17 cases (56.67%) were positive in 30 cases without clinical lesions.
