本文研究AgBr晶体在双注法沉淀时,AgNO_3和NaBr溶液同时添加到含有AgBr立方籽晶的明胶液中的成长速率。临界过饱和条件获得的临界成长速率和尺寸属性有关,就是较小AgBr晶体的成长速率比大的晶体快。尺寸属性可由整体扩散和面积分的成长模型解释。整体扩散作用在通常AgBr沉淀中是重要的。当70℃和PBr3.3时,临界过饱和比率1.5即发生晶核过程。此外,还将讨论晶体浓度和晶体表面曲率对临界成长速率的影响。
In this paper, the growth rate of AgBr crystal in gelatin solution containing AgBr cubic seed crystals was studied by adding AgNO 3 and NaBr solution simultaneously. The critical growth rate and dimensional properties obtained for critical supersaturation are related to the fact that smaller AgBr crystals grow faster than larger ones. Size attributes can be explained by the growth model of the overall diffusion and area fraction. The overall diffusion is important in the usual AgBr precipitation. When 70 ℃ and PBr3.3, the critical supersaturation ratio of 1.5 nucleation occurs. In addition, the effect of crystal concentration and crystal surface curvature on the critical growth rate will also be discussed.
