湿化器是湿空气透平(HAT)循环的关键部件,其性能优劣对于循环的性能有着重要的影响。对采用新型SiC泡沫陶瓷填料的湿化器在加压条件下的湿化性能进行了实验研究,分析了水气比、进口水温、操作压力以及进口空气温度对湿化过程的影响,研究表明,提高水气比或进口水温会使进出口空气温差、含湿量差相应增加,湿化器节点温差增大。操作压力升高,进出口空气温差增加,含湿量差减小。进口空气温度增加会使得出口水温升高,但对出口空气的温度及含湿量影响不大。
Humidifiers are a key component of a wet air turbine (HAT) cycle and their performance has an important impact on cycle performance. The humidification performance of humidifier with SiC foam ceramic filler under pressure was experimentally studied. The effects of water vapor ratio, inlet water temperature, operating pressure and inlet air temperature on wetting process were analyzed. Increase the water vapor ratio or inlet water temperature will make the import and export of air temperature difference, the corresponding increase in moisture content, humidifier node temperature increases. Operating pressure increases, import and export air temperature increases, the difference between the moisture content decreases. Increased inlet air temperature will increase the outlet water temperature, but little effect on the outlet air temperature and moisture content.
