在高温下稀土金属有相当高的蒸汽压,而且经过高温活化的稀土金属吸收氢的能力增强。这给热抽取法,真空熔化法测氢带来了困难。本文介绍采用脉冲加热法,瞬间(5~15秒)将试样中氢提取出来,熔化的试样限制在石墨坩埚内,防止了挥发。由于提取手段的改进,使稀土合金中氢的测定得到了满意的结果,既不用特别的防挥发、防吸附手段又可在无浴料的条件下进行分析.灵敏度为0.9mV/lμg;相对标准偏差为9%。
