随着我国大量高铁、城际铁路的建设,将这些快速铁路引入尚在运营的既有大站、枢纽站,实现城际间的人们的快速出行一直是困扰铁路建设单位的关键点。然而既有的枢纽站大多位于繁华闹市区及周边,施工场地狭小,且既有大站基本运力运能都很饱满,施工天窗时间很短,为施工安全及铁路运输安全埋下了极大的隐患,如何在兼顾运输且保障安全的情况下组织施工,完成改造任务就显得极为重要。本文就是结合福州站七年多的既有站改造施工实例,分析梳理出枢纽站改造施工安全把控的难点与痛点,为类似的施工提供借鉴。

This article is based on Fuzhou station more than seven years of existing station reconstruction of construction examples, analyze and sort out the hinge station construction safety control of the difficulties and pain points, provide a reference for similar construction.
