采用超高效液相色谱(UHPLC)和LC/MS/MS方法,并通过与2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生的方式测定空气中游离的羰基化合物.该方法采用具有DAD检测功能的UHPLC和三重四极杆LC/MS/MS对目标分析物进行定性和定量.使用Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 HPLC色谱柱可在12 min内分离14种羰基DNPH化合物.相对于LC法,LC/MS/MS方法可提供更低的检测限.借助多反应监测技术,可以分离出更多种羰基DNPH化合物.
