采用体外组织培养法观察α-促黑素细胞激素(α-MSH)对白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)刺激家兔下丘脑组织释放前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响。结果显示,IL-1β与下丘脑组织培养后40min,培养上清液中PGE2含量高于未加IL-1β的对照组(P<001);而预先(20min)加入α-MSH,再加入同量IL-1β培养40min,则培养上清液的PGE2含量接近对照组水平(P>005)。α-MSH抑制下丘脑PGE2的产生,可能是其解热的重要机制之一。
The effect of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) on the release of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in hypothalamus of rabbits stimulated by interleukin-1β (IL-1β) was observed by in vitro tissue culture. The results showed that the content of PGE2 in supernatant of IL-1β and hypothalamus after culture for 40min was higher than that of the control group without IL-1β (P <001), while α-MSH was added in advance (20min) Adding the same amount of IL-1β for 40min, the culture supernatant PGE2 content close to the control group (P> 005). α-MSH inhibits hypothalamic PGE2 production may be one of its important mechanisms of antipyretic.
