在室温下测量了3 种不同的掺杂浓度(60 at% ,4.0 at% ,3.2 at% ) Y V O4: Tm 3+ 在200~900 nm波段的吸收光谱。结果指出, Tm 3+ 掺杂的 Y V O4 晶体光吸收值随 Tm 3+ 浓度而变化,每一谱带形状和结构是相似的;而高掺杂浓度 Tm 3+ 的光吸收相对强度比低掺杂浓度的 Y V O4 吸收强;不同晶轴 Y V O4 晶体吸收质显示出各向异性。观察到在a 晶轴含有π和σ偏振的吸收谱。简要地讨论了 Tm 3+ : Y V O4 光吸收能级跃迁性质。
The absorption spectra of YVO4: Tm 3+ at 200-900 nm were measured at room temperature for three different doping concentrations (6.0 ‰%, 4.0 at%, 3.2 at%). The results show that the optical absorption of Tm 3+ -doped Y V O 4 crystal changes with the concentration of Tm 3+, and the shape and structure of each band are similar. However, the relative optical absorption intensity of Tm 3+ is lower than that of low doping concentration Of Y V O4 absorption strong; different crystal axis Y V O4 crystal absorption anisotropy. Absorption spectra with π and σ polarizations observed on the a crystal axis were observed. The light absorption transitions of Tm 3+: Y V O4 are briefly discussed.
