在航空发动机整机试验和部件试验中,广泛应用镍铬—镍硅型热电偶材料来测量温度,以整机试验气流温度测量为例,采用镍铬—镍硅型热电偶材料多达50%至80%。通过对试验数据的分析,发现偶丝材料的精度直接影响到试验结果。一机部上海电器科学研究所1979年研制成的高精度镍铬—镍硅热电偶材料,引起国内不少科研单位、大专院校和生产部门的重视,并逐步推广使用。
