采用薄层色谱法对口服液中的黄芪、麦冬、山药进行了鉴别；采用苯酚－硫酸法和香草醛比色法对口服液中总多糖和总皂甙进行了含量测定，方法简便，结果可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
TLC was used to identify Astragalus, Ophiopogon japonicus and Chinese yam in oral liquids. The contents of total polysaccharides and total saponins in oral liquids were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and vanillin colorimetry. The method was simple and reliable. Can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
