采用薄层色谱法对口服液中的黄芪、麦冬、山药进行了鉴别;采用苯酚-硫酸法和香草醛比色法对口服液中总多糖和总皂甙进行了含量测定,方法简便,结果可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
TLC was used to identify Astragalus, Ophiopogon japonicus and Chinese yam in oral liquids. The contents of total polysaccharides and total saponins in oral liquids were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and vanillin colorimetry. The method was simple and reliable. Can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
