目的了解全市食堂餐具消毒效果状况。方法随机抽检350家食堂的餐具3500件进行大肠菌群项目检测。结果大肠菌群阳性率达34.2%,总合格率为65.8%。结论食堂餐具合格率不高,需加强监测和监督力度。
Objective To understand the city canteen tableware disinfection effect. Methods Random sampling of 350 canteen tableware 3500 pieces of coliform bacteria project testing. Results coliform positive rate of 34.2%, the total pass rate was 65.8%. Conclusion Canteen cutlery qualified rate is not high, need to strengthen monitoring and supervision.
