工业分析实习课的教学中存在的主要问题有:(1)教学无明确的标准、规范,导致要求不高,随意性大。(2)校内缺乏专业的实习场所、设备,解决此问题较理想的办法是下工厂。但由于工厂生产和安全的限制,同学们不能独立操作,更不能较好地把理论知识与实习内容相结合。因而达不到真正实习教学的目的。(3)由于厂里生产产品的局限性,同学们不能较系统地掌握分析操作的技能和技巧。搞好这门课的教学应从以下几个方面入手: 1 编制实习教材建设实习场所提高教师素质根据中等职业技工学校分析实习大纲要求,编制与《工业分析》教材相配套的实习教材,明确其标准、规范,同时注重其科学性和实用性。工业分析是一门实验性很强的专业课,需要有与之相配套的实习场所,如:分析天平室、化学分析室、仪器
