目的:建立HPLC法测定复方金刚烷胺氨基比林片中氨基比林的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(用二乙胺调节pH至3.7)(34:66),流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为260 nm。结果:氨基比林在18.7~32.1μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率99.7%,RSD 0.3%(n-5)。结论:方法专属性强,可用于复方金刚烷胺氨基比林片氨基比林的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of aminopyrine in compound amantadine aminopyrine tablets. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-1% acetic acid (adjusted to pH 3.7 with diethylamine) (34:66) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), the detection wavelength is 260 nm. Results: Aminopyrine showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 18.7-32.1 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 99.7% and a RSD of 0.3% (n-5). Conclusion: The method is specific and can be used for the determination of aminopyrine in compound amantadine aminopyrine tablets.
