针对极限状态函数未知的可靠性灵敏度分析问题,提出了用响应面方法获取极限状态函数,再利用该极限状态函数进行可靠性灵敏度分析的方法,并推导了相关计算公式.综合考虑了机匣进油口的滑油流量、温度以及机匣外二股气流的温度、流速等变量的随机性,采用该方法计算了附件机匣出油口温度的可靠度及各随机变量对可靠度的灵敏度.计算结果与相关文献中定性分析的结论一致,故所提出的可靠性灵敏度分析方法及相关计算公式是正确和有效的,为附件机匣及其相关附件的可靠性设计与优化提供了定量的理论依据.
Aiming at the problem of unknown sensitivity analysis of limit state function, a method of obtaining the limit state function by response surface method and using the limit state function for reliability sensitivity analysis is proposed and the relevant calculation formulas are deduced. The oil flow rate and temperature of the oil port and the temperature and flow rate of the second air flow outside the casing are calculated and the reliability of the temperature at the oil outlet and the sensitivity of each random variable to the reliability are calculated by this method. The results are consistent with the conclusions from the qualitative analysis in the related literatures. Therefore, the proposed reliability sensitivity analysis method and related calculation formulas are correct and effective, and provide a quantitative theoretical basis for the reliability design and optimization of the attachment receiver and its related accessories .
