当前,山西联通正在集团公司党组的统一安排下,全面开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动。作为国有重点企业,山西联通将把学习实践活动与企业生产经营实际紧密结合,增强科学发展意识、把握科学发展规律、提高科学发展能力,坚持以科学发展观指导企业转型和全业务经营,切实把握信息化发展新机遇,实现新公司在起步之年的良好开局。合并后的山西联通,在岗和离退休员工超过3万人,电话用户(包括手机、固话和小灵通用户)超过1100万户,宽带互联网用户近200万户,继承了山西邮电的百年基业,占据了省内通信市场的半壁江山。新公司能否顺利起步,关系到全省电信重组改革目标的真正实现,关系到全省电信行业的良性、快速、可持续发展,关系到3万多名员工的生活福祉和思想稳定,关系到1300万用户的通信服务和信息生活,关系到全省信息化建设的推进和地方经济的平稳较快发展,任务异常艰巨,工作千头万绪。新公司如何规划战略方位、找到前进的方向?就是要通过深入学习实践科学发展观,把科学发展观的要求转化为公司面对当前严峻复杂形势下科学发展的正确思路;转化为在机遇和挑战并存的环境下科学发展的实际能力;转化为在新的电信市场格局中促进科学发展的有效措施;转化为进一步统一思想、凝聚力量、自觉行动的有利武器。归根结底,就是要把深入学习实践科学发展观的成果切实体现到聚精会神抓建设、一心一意谋发展上来,为公司的长远可持续发展奠定坚实的根基。 At present, under the unified arrangement of the party and group of the group company, Shanxi Unicom has conducted all-round activities in-depth study and practice of the scientific concept of development. It has a bearing on the benign, rapid and sustainable development of the telecom industry in the province, and affects the well-being and ideological stability of more than 30,000 employees, The communications services and information life of 13 million users are related to the advancement of information construction in the province and the steady and rapid development of the local economy. The task is extremely difficult and the work is in a multitude of situations. How should the new company plan its strategic position and find the way forward?
