为适应新的事业体制下高校学报的规范运行,从广西高校学报人力资源现状个案入手,研究其人力资源的特点和存在的问题,并结合《高等学校出版体制改革工作实施方案》的要求,针对性地提出高校学报人力资源开发与管理的意见。
