在微波理疗、肿瘤治疗及微波生物效应研究中,广泛采用了非接触式波导辐射器.这种辐射器的主要缺点是能量泄漏多,功耗大,造成电磁干扰和污染,影响测温仪读数,损害人体健康.后来,又有人研制了接触式波导辐射器.这种辐射器能减少能量泄漏,但辐射效率有待提高,而且界面上的反射不易消除.我们研制了一种介质填充的腔式微波辐射器.实验结果表明,这种辐射器泄漏很少,功耗小,效率高,而且加热均匀度能满足要求,测温可靠,已用于微波抗生育动物试验.
