在过去的一年里,标准化与计量两项技术基础工作取得了新进展,积累了新经验,发现了新情况新问题,在我国核工业第二次创业征途中继续发挥着重要作用。截至1994年底,现行核行业标准达到750项,国家标准(含国家军用标准、核安全导则)已愈400项,其中已经复审修订或修订中的标准50余项;核工业各一、二级国防计量技术机构(站)研制并投入应用的放射性计量标准装置有36台(套),已研制完成待考核的尚有14台(套),使用中的放射性地勘(航测、地面、测井)标准系列模型70余个,叠层式参数模型千余块,国家级核标准物质百余种,还有一批放射性标准溶液,以及矿冶水流量标准装置。1993年总公司颁布了《核工业标准化管理办法》、《核工业计量监督管理办法》两项重要行政法规。实践表明,我国核科技工业标准化、计量工作已经具有了较坚实的基础。

In 1993, the head office promulgated two important administrative regulations including the “Standardization of Nuclear Industry Administrative Measures” and “Nuclear Industry Measurement Supervision and Management Measures.” Practice has shown that China’s nuclear technology industry has standardized and measured work that has a solid foundation.
