目的:寻求一套适合肝脏病变的MRI扫描参数,既能够把肝脏病变显示出来,又能够节约扫描时间的方法。方法分析68例肝脏病变在1.5T-MRI中的不同扫描参数,比较并归纳出一套最佳扫描方案。结果轴位T2WI(FRFSE、FSE)是显示病变、了解病变信息最主要的图像,轴位T1WI(SPGR)是显示病变与周围组织解剖关系的图像,轴位T1WI(in phase,out phase)能了解病变内是否有脂肪成分,冠位FIESTA是显示胆管、血管等空腔脏器的图像,轴位T1WI压脂用于显示胰腺、肝结节,轴位DWI用于了解病变性质,帮助鉴别诊断肝脏病变,动态增强扫描(LAVA)可以了解血供,能进一步提供病灶信息,从而帮助肝脏病变的鉴别诊断。结论 MRI是肝硬化首选的影像学检查方法,3D-LAVA平扫及动态增强扫描可以进一步了解病灶性质,帮助鉴别诊断,既能缩短扫描时间,又不影响图像质量,是肝脏MRI扫描最理想的序列。“,”Objective To find a set of MRI scanning parameters suitable for liver diseases,which can display the liver lesions and save the scanning time. Methods Analyzing the different scanning parameters in 1.5T-MRI of 68 cases of liver lesions and summarizing a set of optimal scanning schemes. Results Axial T2WI (FRFSE,FSE) is the most important image to display the le-sion,Axial T1WI (SPGR) is an image showing the anatomical relationship between lesion and surrounding tissue,Axial T1WI (in phase,out phase) can understand whether there is fat in the lesion composition,Coronal FIESTA is the image to show the hollow organs such as bile ducts and blood vessels;Axial T1WI pressure fat is used to display the pancreas and liver nodules;Axis DWI is used to understand the nature of the disease to help identify the diagnosis of liver diseases;Dynamic enhanced scanning (LAVA) can be used to understand the blood supply and further provide the lesion information,so as to help the differential diagnosis of liver lesions. Conclusion MRI is the first choice of imaging examination in cirrhosis,3D-LAVA plain scan and dynamic enhanced scanning can further understand the nature of the lesion,help to differentiate the diagnosis,can shorten the scanning time,and does not affect the image quality,is the best sequence of liver MRI scan.
