以黑色玛咖和黄色玛咖的种子为试材,分析比较了不同基质(腐殖土、进口基质、椰糠和河沙)对玛咖种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同基质处理对黄色和黑色玛咖发芽有显著的影响,均以腐殖土处理的基质效果最好,黄色和黑色玛咖的发芽率分别为90.33%和86.33%,发芽势分别为72.83%和64.50%,发芽指数分别为83.58%和80.21%,且均高于其它基质处理。同时,不同基质处理对玛咖株高影响很大,以腐殖土处理的玛咖株高最高,达到18.53mm(黄)和16.53mm(黑)。另外,不同基质处理下,黄色玛咖种子萌发的各项指标均大于黑色玛咖种子。
The effects of different substrates (humus soil, imported substrate, coco peat and river sand) on the germination and seedling growth of cassava maca were analyzed with the seeds of black maca and yellow maca as test materials. The results showed that: the different substrate treatments had significant effects on the germination of yellow and black maca, the humus treated matrices had the best effect, the germination rates of yellow and black maca were 90.33% and 86.33%, respectively, and the germination potentials were 72.83% and 64.50% respectively. The germination index was 83.58% and 80.21% respectively, which were higher than those of other substrates. At the same time, different substrate treatments had a great effect on the height of maca, and the height of maca was highest with humus, reaching 18.53mm (yellow) and 16.53mm (black). In addition, under different substrate treatments, the germination parameters of yellow camacho were larger than black cauliflower seeds.
