目的 观察鞘内注射吗啡抑制大鼠免疫功能时中脑导水管周围灰质 (PAG)和海马 μ 阿片受体mRNA表达的变化。方法 原位杂交组织化学法。结果 鞘内注射吗啡可促进大鼠PAG和海马 μ 阿片受体mRNA表达增加。结论 中枢PAG和海马 μ 阿片受体可能参与鞘内注射吗啡引起的免疫功能的抑制 ,但具体机制尚有待于进一步研究。
Objective To observe the changes of the expression of PAG and μ opioid receptor mRNA in the midbrain after intrathecal morphine instillation in rats. Methods In situ hybridization histochemical method. Intrathecal injection of morphine promoted the increase of PAG and μ-opioid receptor mRNA expression in hippocampus. Conclusion The central PAG and μ opioid receptor in hippocampus may be involved in the suppression of immune function induced by intrathecal morphine injection. However, the specific mechanism remains to be further studied.
