目的研究建立用等离子体发射光谱法同时测定小龙虾中14种元素的检测方法。方法采用硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解进行样品前处理,利用等离子体发射光谱法对小龙虾中14种元素进行检测。结果测定14种元素的方法线性关系良好,相关系数为0.997 2~0.999 9,最低检出限为0.002 8 mg/kg~0.084 mg/kg,回收率为88.6%~101.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.71%~6.70%。小龙虾的头部对元素的富集能力高于尾部,14种元素的虾头/虾尾含量的比值范围为1.07~155。结论本方法具有高效、灵敏、准确、干扰少、检出限低、线性范围宽等特点,适合于小龙虾中微量元素和常量元素的测定。小龙虾对元素具有较高的富集能力,消费者在选择食用时应注意摄入量、摄入部位和摄入频次。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 14 elements in crayfish by plasma emission spectrometry. Conclusion The method is characterized by high efficiency, sensitivity, accuracy, low interference, low detection limit and wide linear range. It is suitable for the determination of trace elements and elements in crayfish. Crayfish on the element has a high enrichment capacity, consumers should pay attention to the choice of food intake, intake parts and intake frequency.
