为了加强卫生部门的经营管理,特别是加强卫生部门的后勤管理,适应治理经济环境,整理经济秩序,全面深化改革的社会政治经济形势,应医疗卫生单位广大管理人员的要求,在中国卫生经济学会领导的支持下,中国卫生经济杂志社和河北省卫生经济学会于1989年6月21日～27日,在河北省北戴河联合举办了医疗卫生单位经营与后勤管理讲习班。
In order to strengthen the operation and management of the health sector, in particular strengthening the logistics management of the health sector, adapting to the governance of the economic environment, sorting out the economic order, and comprehensively deepening the sociopolitical and economic situation of reforms, the requirements of the general managerial staff of the medical and health units should be met at the China Health Economics Association. With the support of the leaders, the China Health Economics Society and the Hebei Provincial Association of Health Economics organized a workshop on the management of medical and health units and logistics management in Beidaihe, Hebei Province from June 21 to June 27, 1989.
