简要介绍了虚拟样机技术及其应用,开发了基于Pro/E的盾构刀盘虚拟样机试制系统,给出了该系统中的刀盘参数化驱动模块的具体实现。该系统的构架可用于其它同类产品虚拟样机的开发研究。
This paper briefly introduces the virtual prototyping technology and its application, develops a virtual prototyping system based on Pro / E shield cutterhead, and gives the concrete realization of the cutterbar parametric drive module in this system. The architecture of the system can be used for the research and development of virtual prototypes of other similar products.
