传动滚筒作为带式输送机的关键部件,其结构性能的好坏直接影响着带式输送机的可靠性和使用寿命。根据传动滚筒的结构类型、材料属性和工作载荷状况,利用Abaqus进行有限元分析,以1.4 m单端输入传动滚筒为例,进行了筒体壁厚对传动滚筒应力应变影响的研究。研究表明:当筒体壁厚为22~24 mm比较合理,与实际1.4 m单端传动滚筒筒体壁厚24 mm相吻合,有效地降低了滚筒自身重量,为传动滚筒的设计提供了有利的理论依据。
As a key component of the belt conveyor, the drive roller has a direct impact on the reliability and service life of the belt conveyor. Based on the structural type, material properties and working load of the drive roller, finite element analysis was carried out by Abaqus. Taking the 1.4 m single-ended input drive roller as an example, the influence of cylinder wall thickness on the stress-strain of the drive roller was studied. The results show that when the cylinder wall thickness is 22 ~ 24 mm, it is reasonable to match with the actual wall thickness of 24 mm for a 1.4 m single-ended driving drum, which effectively reduces the weight of the drum and provides a favorable design for the driving drum Theoretical basis.
