原发性心肌病是一类原因未明,伴发疾病亦未明的心肌病变。病因或伴随疾病已明确者应列入继发性心肌病。晚近有人建议改称特发性心肌病以免混淆。目前临床一般采纳Goodwin的分类法:①充血型心肌病;②肥厚型心肌病;③限制型心肌病;④闭塞型心肌病。后两型很少见,且均有心室舒张期充盈阻力增加,故可看成同一型。病理生理 Primary cardiomyopathy is a type of unexplained cardiomyopathy with concomitant disease. Etiology or concomitant diseases have been identified should be included in secondary cardiomyopathy. Recently, it was suggested to rename idiopathic cardiomyopathy to avoid confusion. Goodwin currently adopted the clinical classification: ① congestive cardiomyopathy; ② hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; ③ restricted cardiomyopathy; ④ occlusive cardiomyopathy.
