2009年采用雨水收集法和玻片黏着法监测了苹果轮纹病病原菌孢子田间释放动态,结果表明,采用这2种方法从5月中旬至8月下旬均能成功收集到苹果轮纹病病原菌孢子,所监测的孢子田间释放规律基本一致,即从5月14日开始监测到苹果轮纹病病原菌孢子,5月中下旬出现孢子释放小高峰,6月下旬至8月中下旬为孢子释放高峰期。雨水收集法可在宏观角度上研究大量苹果枝干轮纹病病瘤孢子释放规律,而玻片黏着法可在微观角度上研究单个苹果轮纹病病斑或病瘤甚至单个分生孢子器的孢子释放规律。
In 2009, the release of spores from pathogen of apple rings disease was monitored by rainwater harvesting method and slide adhesion method. The results showed that spores of apple ring blight pathogen could be successfully collected from mid-May to late August, . The spores released in the field were basically the same, that is, spores of pathogen of apple rings disease were detected from May 14th, spores released in mid-to-late May and spikes released from late June to mid-August . The rainwater harvesting method can be used to study the rule of spore release from a large number of apple ring rot disease on a macroscopic scale. However, the slide adhesion method can be used to study the single apple rot disease lesion or tumor or even single conidia from the microscopic point of view Spore release rules.
