目的建立工作场所空气中氯丙烯的溶剂解吸-气相色谱法。方法用溶剂解吸型活性炭管采集工作场所中氯丙烯,经二氯甲烷解吸后,经RTX-WAX弹性毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化监测器(FID)检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果氯丙烯在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 9,检出限和最低检出浓度分别为0.20μg/ml和0.03 mg/m~3(采集7.5 L空气计),批内、批间精密度分别为0.8%~3.6%和2.2%~3.6%,采样效率均为100.0%,解吸效率为96.2%~97.5%,氯丙烯在常温下保存可稳定7 d。结论本方法可长时间采样,采样携带方便,解吸效率和灵敏度高,精密度好,样品保存时间长,操作方法简便。所有指标均符合《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》中的要求。适用于工作场所空气中氯丙烯的采样与测定。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption of allyl chloride in workplace air - gas chromatography. Methods Solvent desorption activated carbon tube was used to collect allyl chloride in the workplace. The sample was desorbed by methylene chloride, separated by RTX-WAX capillary column, detected by hydrogen flame ionization monitor (FID). The retention time was qualitative and the external standard . Results The linearity of allyl chloride was good in a certain range of concentration with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.999 9. The detection limits and minimum detectable concentrations were 0.20 μg / ml and 0.03 mg / m 3, respectively. The intra- and inter-batch precision were 0.8% -3.6% and 2.2% -3.6% respectively. The sampling efficiency was 100.0%, and the desorption efficiency was 96.2% -97.5%. Allyl chloride was stable for 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion The method can be used for long time sampling, convenient sampling and carrying, high desorption efficiency and sensitivity, good precision, long sample storage time and simple operation method. All indicators are in line with the “workplace air toxicology testing methods developed specifications” in the requirements. Sampling and determination of allyl chloride in workplace air.
