要将硬质合金刀片精确地安装在端面铣刀上,并保证其最小的轴向/径向跳动以及工件的表面光洁度,可按简图所示制作一套专用台式夹具。制作方法如下:选用一对不同直径的圆锥滚子轴承.然后在孔壁管(?)镗出两个长度合适的孔,把轴承装入管内。轴承外座圈下面的弹性垫片允许轴承作微量调整,从而使铣刀锥柄与两个轴承保持点接触,以校准铣刀轴线。在靠近夹具顶部边缘处焊上一钢杆或台架,以支承磁性表座上的千分表,通过千分表校验铣刀的轴向/径向跳动。台架必须刚性好,悬伸量大,以适合检测最大的端面铣刀.
To precisely insert a carbide insert onto an end mill with minimum axial / radial runout and surface finishes, create a set of bench top fixtures as shown in the illustration. Production methods are as follows: Selection of a pair of tapered roller bearings of different diameters.And then in the hole wall tube (?) Boring two holes of suitable length, the bearing into the tube. Elastic pads under the outer race of the bearing allow slight adjustment of the bearing, keeping the milling cutter shank in point contact with both bearings to calibrate the cutter axis. Near the top edge of the fixture, a steel bar or stand is welded to support the dial indicator on the magnetic table and the milling tool’s axial / radial runout is verified by a dial indicator. Bench must be rigid, overhang large, suitable for testing the largest face milling cutter.
