本文用不同溶剂的冠醚溶液为流动相,硅胶G为固定相,对碱金属离子的薄层层析行为进行了研究。探讨了冠醚种类及浓度、不同阴离子种类及浓度、展开剂的酸度、薄层厚度和活化温度对R_f值的影响。结果表明,冠醚浓度增加,络合能力增强,其顺序为18-C-6>B-15-C-5>D B-24-C-8。相匹配的阴离子不同,络合物的R_f值也各异,顺序是三氯乙酸>苦味酸。当选用三氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(9:9:2,V/V)的18-C-6(0.1mol/L)溶液为展开剂时,可以分离(R_f)K~+(0.70)-Rb~+(0.48)-Cs~+(0.33)的混合物。
In this paper, different solvents of the crown ether solution as the mobile phase, silica gel G as stationary phase, thin layer chromatography of alkali metal ions were studied. The effects of crown ether type and concentration, different anion species and concentration, developing agent acidity, lamellar thickness and activation temperature on R_f value were discussed. The results showed that the concentration of crown ether increased and the complexing ability increased. The order of the crown ether was 18-C-6> B-15-C-5> D B-24-C-8. With different anions, the R_f values of the complexes are also different, in the order of trichloroacetic acid> picric acid. (R_f) K ~ + (0.70) - (0.70) - (-) can be isolated when 18-C-6 (0.1mol / L) solution of trichloromethane-methanol- Rb ~ + (0.48) -Cs ~ + (0.33).
