目的 报告北京市通州区2016年结核病患者移动督导管理应用程序(Application,App)的使用情况,分析应用过程中存在的问题并提出建议,为其他地区应用该App提供经验分享.方法 介绍结核助手App和结核医生App的基本功能,并对2016年北京市通州区264例结核病患者和20名医生应用App的情况进行描述性分析,率的比较采用x2检验,以P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 2016年本研究患者App安装率为83.33％(220/264),医生App安装率为100.00％(20/20).其中女性患者安装率为92.77％(77/83),高于男性患者[79.01％(143/181)],差异有统计学意义(x2=7.76,P=0.005);＜35岁患者安装率为90.34％(131/145),高于≥35岁患者[74.79％(89/119)],差异有统计学意义(x2=11.39,P=0.001).App应用平均日活跃度为24.94％(10 096/40 481),规律服药点击率为18.64％(41/220),App应用活跃患者率为28.18％(62/220).患者提问题917个,医生应答率为100.00％,其中及时应答率为75.03％(688/917).结论 2016年结核病患者移动督导管理App通州区试点应用情况良好.男性和中老年患者App安装率较低,App应用活跃度和规律服药点击率有待提高.“,”Objective To report the situation of the use of a mobile supervision application (App) for the treatment management in the patients with tuberculosis (TB) in Tongzhou District,Beijing in 2016,and to analyze the existing problems during the use of this App and provide suggestions for improvement;as well as to share the experience.Methods The basic functions of the TB Assistant App,which was used by the TB patients,and the TB Doctor App,which was used by the TB doctors,were introduced;a descriptive analysis was conducted by involving 264 patients and 20 doctors in Tongzhou District of Beijing.x2-test was performed on the comparison of rate,and P＜0.05 was considered to be statistically significant difference.Results The TB Assistant App installation rate in the TB patients reached 83.33％ (220/264),and the TB Doctor App installation rate in the doctors reached 100.00％ (20/20).The TB Assistant App installation rate in the female patients was significantly higher than that in the male patients (92.77％ (77/83) vs 79.01％ (143/181),x2 =7.76,P=0.005).The installation rate in the patients aged less than 35 years old was also higher than the rate in the patients aged 35 years old and above (90.34％ (131/145) vs 74.79％ (89/119),x2=11.39,P=0.001).The average daily activity degree of the TB Assistant App using reached 24.94％ (10 096/40 481),and the click rate indicating the regular medication was 18.64％ (41/220);the proportion of the patients who actively used the TB Assistant App accounted for 28.18％ (62/220).The doctors responded 917 questions which asked by the TB patients,and the timely response rate was 75.03％(688/917).Conclusion The application situation of the mobile supervision App for the treatment management in the TB patients is good.However,the installation rates of the App in male and elderly patients were lower;the activity level of the App application and the click rate of regular medication need to be further improved.
